GUEST HOUSE POLI has a massive stone construction and offers 190 sq. m. of light space, distributed over two floors. The two floors are connected by a massive spiral wooden staircase.

For the price of a Double Room with Garden View or Balcony, on the second floor, you rent a MAISONETTE, because we provide you with free shared access to all the amenities of a Triple Room with Garden View on the first floor… MAISONETTE, for the price of a room, you also rent, if you wish, a Triple Room with Garden View on the first floor, because in addition to its shared amenities, we provide you a Double Room with Garden View or Balcony on the second floor, free of charge.

The property features high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV offering digital terrestrial channels, as well as a multimedia player. All our rooms are fitted with either air conditioning or a convection heater.

Triple Room with Garden View (Room 1)

The living room at GUEST HOUSE POLI, located on the ground floor, features a stone interior and a built-in barbecue. It includes a fully equipped kitchenette—complete with a dryer and a dishwasher—as well as a bathroom with a toilet. The spacious room faces south and is furnished with a double sofa bed and an armchair bed.

Double Room with Garden View (Room 2)

A solid wooden staircase from the living room leads to Room 2 at GUEST HOUSE POLI. The room is located right next to the two bathrooms on the second floor, faces south, and features a large double bed and an armchair that converts into a bed.

Double Room with Garden View (Room 3)

Room 3 at GUEST HOUSE POLI is a warm, south-facing interior room, also located on the second floor. It features a double bed and an armchair that converts into a bed.

Double Room with Balcony (Room 4)

Room 4 at GUEST HOUSE POLI, located on the second floor, features a southern exposure, a double bed, and an armchair bed. It also includes a terrace and additional heating—a delightful feature for your gastronomic habits.

Game Room (Room 5)

Room 5 at POLI GUEST HOUSE is located opposite the three bedrooms on the second floor and offers you enjoyment day and night, featuring a pool table, darts, a Jacuzzi, a computer setup with a printer and scanner, and a telephone.

Our sanitary facilities

At Guesthouse Poli, we maintain 280 liters of hot water available at all times during your stay, allowing four guests to shower simultaneously.

Additional accommodation options

GUEST HOUSE POLI offers extra cots to accommodate larger groups. While guests are required to register, this incurs no additional cost, as our rates are based on the room(s) or the entire house. There is also no charge for children; they simply need to be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.
